What is your return policy?
Returns may be made within 30 days of product receipt. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2 business days of payment. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
What shipping methods do you use?
We ship most items via UPS Ground. Smaller items may ship USPS Priority Mail.
Will my shipment come signature required?
Orders with a value of $100+, and orders shipping to apartments and businesses, will ship signature required. You can change this by contacting UPS MyChoice at 800-PICK-UPS. Please note that we are not responsible for items showing as delivered.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping.
